On December 19, 2016, VoxBridge announced to clients and partners of our official End of Product, effective January 31, 2017. For our clients, here's what that means:
Our dashboard will be available until January 31, 2017. After then, any data and call records will be erased. You can easily download your call records and any recordings from http://dash.voxbridge.net between now and January 31, 2017.
You can move your campaign phone numbers. If you select a new telephone carrier or call tracking provider, they should be able to port your number to them. Our team is ready to approve any port out requests within 24 hours.
Phone numbers will be deactivated on January 31, 2017. Please try and move your phone number to a new provider if you wish to keep your phone number.
Our billing for this product stops immediately. You will not be billed any longer for VoxBridge service regardless of usage. It's the least we can do for the inconvenience.
Cancel anytime. If and when you no longer need the service, please let us know by replying to this message and stating "Cancel Service," we will close your account and deactivate any phone numbers left behind. It helps us ensure we focus on reaching out to those clients who still need help.
